Exhibition stand construction
Your exhibition stand is an advert for your brand, so you need to make sure it not only stands out from the crowd, but helps you achieve your marketing goals.
With Astro, you'll get a functional and elegant exhibition stand design, created just for you, and you'll also get the full benefit of our experienced exhibition stand construction team. Our builders will work closely with you to ensure that your exhibition stand is eye-catching, sturdy and flexible, serving as a great advert for your brand, whatever your marketing message.
Exhibition stand construction process
Using detailed drawings, we break down each exhibition stand design into manageable components that can be easily transported and assembled. We then create templates of each of these parts, which are either machined on our CNC router, or cut using dimension saws, depending on the level of detail required.
Once all the pieces are cut, our joiners will start to assemble the components, building the basic framework of the stand.
When this has been done, your exhibition stand will move on to either our in-house laminating department to be laminated, or our decorating team, who will paint the stand or cover it using other specified materials. The graphic's will then be applied in the workshop by our skilled graphic technician.
Electrical components
Whilst your exhibition stand is being constructed and decorated, our electricians will prepare any wiring and lighting to be fitted. Depending on timing, and on your requirements, these will be fitted either in our workshop prior to transportation, or on site.
Exhibition stand pre-build
We pre-build most exhibition stands in our workshop before events. This gives you the chance to make any changes during the stand construction process, allows us to correct any issues, and gives us a good idea of construction time, improving efficiency on site.
Once construction of your exhibition stand's components is complete, and you are satisfied with the finished stand, we will carefully wrap each component and load it onto one of our articulated lorries, ensuring all components of your exhibition stand arrive at your venue safe and sound, ready for the main event.
